Tehama Farm & Business Bookkeeping LLC is a locally owned professional services firm providing subscription-based bookkeeping and financial operations support to owner-operated farms, small businesses, and nonprofits across Tehama County and the surrounding North Valley region.
We are not a tax firm, a CPA practice, or a one-size-fits-all bookkeeping service. We exist in the space between: delivering clean, timely, decision-useful financial records with plain-language clarity that helps business owners actually understand their numbers.

Gillian Durfee, MA
Founder & Principal Bookkeeper
Gillian holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno and brings a background in commercial underwriting and financial analysis to the business.
Her experience reviewing business financials from a lender’s perspective gives her a practical understanding of what accurate, organized books should accomplish — not just for taxes, but for real operational decision-making, financing, and long-term business stability.
She works closely with farms and small businesses to provide clear, reliable bookkeeping systems that reduce stress and help owners stay focused on running their operations.
